Just back from a day-surgery appointment at Ward 15. Staff excellent. Theatre staff excellent. Nothing was any trouble to staff. They had time to talk to you at length about your care and after-care. I must compliment everyone involved with my care. Special thanks to my consultant for her professional care and good humour to make a worrying experience less stressful.

Dear Mrs Rhea, I am so pleased that the ward 15 team exceeded all your expectations - thanks for getting in touch to tell us why they were so good ! I will make sure that they all get the chance to read your kind comments. There are lots of things to motivate us when working in healthcare, but I imagine that knowing that you have made a difference to patients must rank as one of the most important for our staff and it's lovely to hear what a difference the Consultant made for you. I hope recovery is going well at home. Take good care of yourself and thanks again, Annie
