"Complaint about service in outpatients"

On arrival at the reception I told the girl at the desk I needed an x ray but she told me to sit and if needed a nurse will call you. But she didn't.

My appointment was 2 hours behind schedule, and at 5pm a doctor went home leaving at least a dozen people in the clinic to be seen by a registra, which took us to 6pm to get seen.

On going into the consulting room I was told I needed an x ray or no treatment could be offered to me. I could have cried. Then he told me I will have to come back next week. I spent the entire afternoon at the hospital after arriving early for my appointment so as to have an x ray before the department closed.

The app was on in late September at orthopaedics clinic. When I left I was then told by the ambulance transport that there were no more ambulances to take me home and I had to wait a further 40 minutes for a cab to take me home tired hungry and very frustrated and angry.

And now I've got to do it all again next week.
