My partner recently suffered a stroke. Within two hours of arriving at AMU he had been triaged, bloods taken, a brain scan carried out, a consultation with the specialist stroke nurse, an ECG done and admitted to a ward. The following day he has his arteries scanned and had seen a consultant. On discharge follow up appointments were through for the following two weeks. The staff were courteous, efficient and friendly. I was so impressed with all aspects of his care. The level of care was second to none. The management and staff at the hospital are to be praised. You really could not have received better care anywhere.
"You could not buy this level of care"
