"Good care"

About: Royal National Throat, Nose & Ear Hospital

I've been seen in the outpatient department about 3-4 times over the past 18 months. Generally the wait was not too bad but some coordination needs to be improved. I had already done an allergy test on my first visit and then on my second visit the nurse thought I would need one - she did not read my file properly. I saw 3 different doctors but all of them took their time and were very thorough, explaining my condition and treatment. A general suggestion - when people are called to see the doctor, please consider your patients - it's an ear hospital and calling people's names in a very low voice is not very useful.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We're so pleased you were happy with the care and attention you received from the doctors at the Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital and will feed this back, together with your suggestion regarding announcing appointments in the outpatient department.
