"shocking... will not be returning"

Attended the fracture clinic this afternoon with my son... a two hour delay and shocking cleanliness. Witnessed a nurse spill a patients sick on the floor in the waiting room. She proceeed to clean it up with a tissue using her foot. That was the extent of the "cleaning" disgusting and unacceptable! My son has been in considerable pain and when askef the consultant said we need to contact our gp - we were in a hospital for goodness sake. Since the appointment was so late our gp surgery was closed. Needless to say our follow up appointment will not be there. Unacceptable cleaning was reported! Shocking experience.
