"Amazing staff"

Having recently (Sept 14) had an inpatient operation at Benenden I cannot overstate how good the treatment was. The staff were friendly, efficient and attentive and treated me with courtesy and respect at all times. I was frequently offered pain relief although none was necessary and a few emergencies (no fault of the treatment) were dealt with speedily. My room was clean and private with en-suite facilities. A comprehensive meal menu was offered with main meals and light choices available. The young lady who served meals on a few of the days was a particularly cheerful and helpful person who brightened up the day! A comprehensive briefing on aftercare was given on being discharged with a follow-up appointment date being arranged. Parking for visitors was plentiful and free. To summarise, I could not find fault with any aspect of the hospital experience.
