"Staff listened and 'got it'"

About: Bromley Healthcare / Wheelchair and special seating

(as the patient),

I have a new powered wheelchair. Nothing special? Not normally, but they took the time to understand me and my needs, to make sure I would get the chair that was right for me. And I have!

I waited so long to get an accessible home so that I could have my first chair, but when that no longer met my needs they listened and 'got it'. Thank you, and well done!
