(as the patient),

I recently had surgery at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital to have my kidney removed. I cannot speak highly enough of the systems in place or the staff that I met - every one was kind, professional and reassuring. The same day admission unit was seamless and I was in surgery within one hour of arrival. Edgefield Ward was clean and the staff very thorough with my treatment and after care. The consultant who operated on me - Mr Burgess - I cannot recommend more highly.
