"Haematology Ward 9"

About: Musgrove Park Hospital (Taunton)

My husband was admitted to Ward 9 in July 2013 diagnosed with Non Hodgkins Lymphona. He had to have a very aggressive form of chemotheraphy and was there for best part of 5 months. The staff were absolutely wonderful, not only tending to his medical needs but plenty of love and understanding throughout his treatment - He felt they were his guardian angels. Unfortunately he died this year - but for a while they made his life bearable again and were there for him at the end of his days. From the moment we stepped into Ward 9 we felt that the whole team from the tea makers to the consultants we were given A1 treatment. Cannot praise them highly enough. Thank you.
