Having visited the A & E Dept at Doncaster the evening before and waiting for 3.5 hours and still not being seen, we were delighted only to have to wait for 30 mins before being seen at Mexborough The nurse who dealt with us provided outstanding service, informing us of what would happen and showing such a high level of professionalism and customer care It was obvious that to the nurse this was a vocation not just a job Thank you Rebecca/Kevin
