Arrived at 10.35 for appointment at 10.55 was not seen by the consultant until 13,15. When you are being treated for Cancer this is too long to wait as you are already very tired and have unusual aches and pains with upset tummy. Again not a very good experience but this is how the department seems to work & treat their patients so nothing has changed.
