I have attended both the Medical Physics Department & Pre-Admission Assessment on Monday & Wednesday this week (22/24Sept) on both occasions I was not kept waiting longer than my appointment time. The Duplex Scan was soon completed & I was advised of the reason for the scan. The Pre-Admission Nurse Practioner working together with the Snr Nurse Practitioner were most thorough with both examination, discussing paperwork, procedures, answering questions & putting me at ease. I now feel much more comfortable about coming into RBH for my operation.
