About: Wansbeck Hospital

A visit to A&E on Sept 7 resulted in a prompt diagnosis of an internal bleed and admission to the hospital. After a blood transfusion that night and a gastro scope the next day my problem was addressed with medication. We wish to thank the doctors and all nursing staff for their help and professionalism

Dear Michael, I imagine that sudden need for urgent medical attention must have been pretty frightening ? I'm delighted that you got the prompt and effective care you needed. Thanks so much for taking the time to let the team in A&E know how much you have valued the care attention they gave to you recently. Our staff always appreciate the feedback that patients give to them. I know they will delighted to read your description of their professional behaviour and the efficiency of their care. I do hope the medicine is working and you are feeling a lot better now. Best Wishes Annie
