"EPU Dept 23rd & POD/surgery 24th Sept 2014"

I want to say thank you for all the people in the hospital who helped my husband and I during our recent visits. Despite it being the most unpleasant of experiences because of what we were going through all members of staff at every level were kind, considerate and thoughtful. They clearly explained all aspects of what was happening, presented us with all the options such as they were and gave us the time, space and privacy that we needed. In what must be a thankless job sometimes, I just wanted to recognise the clear effort and genuine caring that we were shown.
