"Excellent care from Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle"

After an operation last September, I can only describe the level of treatment and care I have received from the staff at the Cumberland Infirmary as excellent. Theatre staff were caring and reassuring as were the staff on Maple ward.

I was referred for hydrotherapy sessions and I still attend physiotherapy. The staff in the hydrotherapy pool were both professional and motivational and my mobility improved greatly. This is a very beneficial service which should be given more funding. Physiotherapy staff are also caring and helpful.
