I was extremely nervous about delivering my first baby in hospital and fully prepared for a nightmare experience, but the staff at the MLU at UHW in Cardiff were fantastic.
They were supportive, friendly and professional, explaining everything clearly without being patronising. I would recommend delivering there, the decor is tired and the building is far from fabulous but the care is second to none.
