you cannot get them on the telephone all the numbers listed on the webside are unobtainable and no-one knows how to contact them.

I have now been waiting for an appointment for nearly 8 weeks. I complained to the Trust and complained in writing to the Clinic. A woman called me back and said she had sent off for an appointment with DMI for a scan. After not hearing I phoned DMI and they have nothing down for me. This woman lied to me. I just want treatment as my arm is immobile. You go round in circles but I have now made official complaints and sent copies to the Directorate. This service is appalling.
