What I liked

The patient that i went with was seen within 5 minutes by a nurse and then within 10 minutes by a doctor which is rare specially as we have just moved from london.

What could be improved

The reception area could be extended a bit more to make room for more people as it felt a bit congested even though not too many people were there at that time.
