"Visit to A&E 22nd September 2014"

About: Cheltenham General Hospital

I brought my 90 year old mother to A&E and we were both treated with care and kindness. Her GP had faxed that we were attending and so they were expecting us. Would it be possible to allow a ticket to be collected in the car park and pay on exit- I had to guess the time, paid for 2 hours and then had to leave her to buy another ticket.

Hi there, Many thanks for getting in touch to share this feedback. It's good to hear you and your mother were so well looked after in A&E and we will pass your comment on to the department. The majority of our car parks do have the 'pay on exit' system you suggest, but it does depend on which car park you park in. We will pass your suggestions onto our parking manager.
