"Lovel hospital"

I attended for a urology outpatient appointment today. Parking was easy and you simply press a button on the machine for a free 3 hour parking ticket to display in your car. The receptionist on duty greeted me cheerfully. Whilst I waited I heard her on the phone and greeting other patients. I was very impressed with her professionalism and cheerful disposition. The nurse who collected me to go to my appointment was also friendly and explained what was happening. I then saw the consultant, who again was really nice. It is a brilliant hospital, so much better than the vast, impersonal Queen Alexandra!
