"Very positive experience"

I recently visited Sunderland A&E department with my 12yr old daughter. I was extremely impressed with the level or care & service we received from the reception staff to nurses, doctors & the auxillary staff. They were caring & understanding but professional. She was later admitted to the children's ward at a very late hour (approx. 2am) & the level of care was equally as good. Thankfully, she was discharged later the following day but both my husband & I were more than impressed with the level of care our daughter received. I would like to especially thank the paediatric staff on A&E & also the staff on ward F64. It was very evident that the staff enjoy their job, which has a huge impact on how they interact with patients. They managed to turn a very traumatic, worrying event into a very positive one for us.
