Leg Ulcer Clinic, Oak Tree Lane

Still learning about the ulcer and to ask about conditions, help and assistance. Each nurse has been brilliant. Treated very well.

Lack of continuity due to lack of nruses.

Thank you for you comments about Oak Tree Lane Leg Ulcer Clinic and the care you are currently receiving.

I will look into your comment regarding lack of continuity of Nurses and see whether this can be addressed.

Although there are times when due to sickness this can't always be planned in advance.

Staffing has been addressed at the leg ulcer clinic at Oak tree Lane however unfortunately we don't always have the staff capacity to provide continuity of staff at all leg ulcer sessions. We are still looking into providing regular staff to attend the clinics. I know that at least two of the staff are regular attendees so we have made some progress.
