"Excellent healthcare assistant"

Too often we are quick to complain but I would like to give positive feedback about a member of staff who works as a HCA on Ward 15 at NTGH. He is such a caring and considerate person and it is obvious that he genuinely cares about his patients and their care. He works so hard and I wanted you to know that as a family we appreciate everything he has done for my elderly mother. Unfortunately, we have witnessed that his good nature and caring attitude can often be abused by other members of staff. I have never heard him complain or say "no" If all the staff on the ward were like them, what a fantastic ward this would be.
