About: Southmead Hospital

Had to bring my mother into Southmead today after a nasty fall. Very pleased with everything after hearing mainly negative reports. She was treated promptly and with care by all staff involved. She was triaged, treated and home again within 2 hours.

Dear Anonymous – thank you for taking the time and trouble to post your experience in A&E. I was pleased that your mother was able to be seen promptly. This is always our aim, but sometimes the number of emergency patients impact on this. Your comments will be shared with the staff in A&E. I hope your mother is making a good recovery.
