"Frustrated by booking system"

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Have been registered with Gateacre Health Centre for years but am frustrated by the booking system for appointments. I have to ring at the allotted time but usually by the time I get through all the appointments have gone and I'm told to call back the following day. Am now looking to register with another GP.
