"Pleased with care during two visits to A&E"

About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I had to attend A&E at Worcestershire Royal Hospital on Saturday and again on Sunday for complications connected with my chemotherapy treatment.

On each visit, my wife and I were treated with the utmost courtesy and compassion and I would like to thank every single member of staff we came into contact with - Reception, Triage, Nurses and Doctors for the kindness they showed to us. We could not have been better treated!
