"My mum was cared for so kindly"

About: Birmingham Hospice – Erdington

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

I know I wrote to the hospice shortly after mum died, but I just wanted to say, in my dark days, when I feel sad and lonely, I remember with comfort the fact my mum was cared for so kindly and with such compassion at John Taylor.

I really can't put into words what this means to me. Mum was so precious to me, and because of the hospice I was given the opportunity to cherish her and all the moments we shared in a safe comfortable environment, with people who genuinely care.
