"The staff I met were lovely"

I fell down the stairs recently. The next morning, it was so painful that my husband took me to A and E.

I felt really embarrassed about going and was expecting to have to wait hours and felt I was wasting the hospital's time. However, the staff I met were lovely.

Put my mind at rest that I had done the right thing. I really appreciated the professional, high quality care that I was given. Within three hours, I'd been assessed, xray completed and on my way... Albeit on crutches! Thanks to all who helped me.
