"Rude staff"

Visited this department with my partner today between 11.30am-1.30pm. The staff on reception today are both rude and unprofessional! We asked for some information to be written down to which one of them replied, quite aggressively,'for gods sake' and huffed and puffed as they did it. I suggest one member of staff at this desk may need some more training in customer service pronto.
