I came to the dept last Friday(19th Sept 2014) for a 2.15 apt regarding my operation 22nd Sept for eyelid surgery. I was greeted & taken straight through by a most impressive, professional nurse. Friendly, efficient, caring lady who took time to make me at ease as my BP had been high. After a thorough check she mad me feel totally calm & relaxed. We all easily criticise but rarely take the trouble to sing praises & this lady deserved praise. A good advocate for the hospital.
