If it was possible to give the physiotherapy department a minus rating, I would do it, because after approx. 2 months of treatment my shoulder injury actually got worse and I eventually stopped going. I tried a total of 3 different physios, one of whom was moved to another hospital, but the other 2 who got my shoulder reinjured were consistently bad. They were unable to assess the severity of the situation, monitor progress or assign the correct exercises at the correct dosage. Neither of them actually tried to feel the injured muscle or those around it, the exercises given were too many and the way they were increased was not controlled and defied logic, as the physios would not even write down what they had assigned. The basics of physiotherapy are missing at the Woodlands Unit. Do not go there. They cannot help you. You've been warned...
