"Area 5"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

I brought my Aunt to the fracture clinic in Area 5, on what must of been the busiest morning ever Friday 19th September, but so nice to see a clean department and some polite staff. My Aunt had to wait for nearly 2 and a half hours from appointment time to be seen which was not ideal but my Aunt was informed that the clinic was running late. I felt it only right to comment about two young nurses that came round the waiting area offering refreshments to everyone as clinics were running behind, they were both professional, polite and very caring, it's these little gestures that go along way to help whilst waiting to be seen. Well done.
