Dear Margaret Thank you for sharing your experience with us as it is always good to hear about the things that have left a positive impression on our patients. I am so pleased that the nurse who attended you was able to put you at ease and able to answer all your questions. It is also good to hear that you had your assessment, ECG and blood tests all within 1hour 20 minutes I hope your operation date comes soon and you make a swift recovery so you can get back to living the life you were used to again. I will pass on your comments to be shared with the team and once again thank you for taking the time give us your feedback. Regards Sue Mellor Head of Patient Engagement
