"ridiculous waiting time"

About: New Cross Hospital

I have had two appointments in the eye referral clinic in straight weeks and both of them I have had to wait over an hour from my appointment time to get seen. Even arriving 20 minutes early didn't help me have my eye check by the nurses done before my scheduled appointment with the doctor! Because of this I have missed important work events that should have been easily attended if the hospital had seen me even remotely on time.
