"nothing but praise and admiration for elective unit staff"

This hospital has had so much negative press recently that Id like to mention something good about it. My husband was admitted to the elective unit at the beginning of September 2014. From the moment he was admitted, to the time he went home, I have nothing but praise and admiration for all of the dedicated staff on the ward, nothing was too much trouble, his procedure and any questions were fully explained. He is now at home recovering and since his return we have had two follow up phone calls to check on him. So from the volunteer staff to the surgeon we would like to say a big thank-you
