"Not impressed"

Very difficult place to get to considering its a national centre had appointment at 3pm to see consultant,not seen until 5.15pm! This did not seem to trouble the staff to much despite my complaints I have been seen before this occasion and had to wait 2hours and 30 minutes then overall a very frustrating experience and I would recommend the consultants but not the way the appointment system works at this hospital
