What I liked

I arrived at accident and emergency at 2am with awful ear pain. I was immediately referred to an on-call GP who examined me, diagnosed and explained her diagnosis, and explained what over-the-counter medication would relieve the pain. Simple, straightforward, and professional. I was home and able to relax and get to sleep within an hour of arriving at the hospital.

What could be improved

Absolutely nothing could be improved. Keep it exactly the way it is. The staff do an excellent job.
