About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I took my daughter with me because I am hard of hearing and my eye sight is poor. We were soon in with the doctor who was very pleasant but quietly spoken.

After he examined me he sent me off to xray and 6 blood tests and advised me I would get am appointment for a scan followed by another appointment.
