About: Newport Cottage Care Centre Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Surgery- good, GP understood my reluctance to take medication & advised physio was the right next step. : -)

Physio (at cottage hospital Newport)- was excellent! Great welcome, very friendly- staff remembered me from a previous visit 3 years ago! Had lots of time to ask questions & provide information. Treatment I received (initial cause of action) made a difference straight away. Plan for future seems good. : -)
