"High blood pressure"

(as the patient),

I was referred to doctor mahers clinic for high blood pressure. I would like to praise Dr Maher for her all round approach to me. she is a true credit to the nhs nothing was ever too much trouble. When I came away from her clinic I felt totally reassured that she had looked after me as an individual ..I felt like the only patient in the clinic.

She is a truly remarkable woman.

I would also like to praise the nurse on clinic "Anthony " I think his name is who was always there with a smile and kind word throughout my many visits and who is also the true meaning of the word "carer " ....they both deserve the highest of praise.
