I am trying to do the right thing and cancel and appointment. Please stop hanging up on me after 20mins of being on hold. Unacceptable !!

Our contact centre is often very busy, but you cancel your appointment online via our website (www.enherts-tr.nhs.uk) or via our generalenquiries.enh-tr@nhs.net email service (again advertised via our website). So do try one of those two routes - will save you time waiting for a call to be answered.
