"Daughter broken arm"

When I recently visited Lister childrens A&E department with my 4 yr daughter who had a suspected broken arm, all of the staff that we saw were amazing. It was a Sunday evening and there was a short wait. The 2 nurses immediately engaged with her (and not just me), calling in the doctor, who also spoke to her rather than me. When we were sent for an X-ray, the radiographers also talked to her to ease her nerves. The department was clean, with toys to play with. Also, on returning to the fracture clinic, twice, all staff were again really kind and understanding when dealing with a 4 year old - our experience could not have been better under the circumstances. Thank you Lister staff!!
