(as the patient),

I have smoked for so long, and having a young child I want to make sure I am around for her so I want to be more healthier, and around her. The most I have quit in the past is about two weeks, but this I have done over four weeks and intend to stay quit for good. The stop smoking service have been really good in helping me to choose the right therapy and supporting you. I feel really happy and proud, thank you
