"There was nothing to like unfornately ..."

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

(as a relative),

What I liked

There was nothing to like unfornately on my visit.

What could be improved

The care of the abulance staff in casting judgement on whether your case is an emergency or not. therefore i would recommend training in this area. Also i was refered to a GP who did not properly examine me and treated me for pain when i had signs of chicken pox which he ignored and it became so bad after that i was admitted to Newham Hospital. I feel because of the high amount of patients seen by one GP and the time constraints, GPs do not properly examine patients but are quick to diagnose and dispatch

Anything else?

I was highly disappointed and would never like to visit this hospital again after the care I received i belive that they are take a few tips from the Newham Hospital in patient care, proper examination and diagnoses.

Whipps Cross University Hospital NHS Trust is extremely sorry that your experience of the Emergency and Urgent Care Centre - which is operated by NHS Waltham Forest - was not of the standard it should have been.

You are urged to make contact with NHS Waltham Forest to address your concerns.
