"Excellent outpatient appointment"

We visited the children's outpatient department today 15/09/2014 at 2.30pm with my daughter and received excellent advice and a superb experience whilst my daughter had an eye test, The lady doctor that we saw had only been at the hospital for a couple of weeks but made use feel at ease and explained everything fully and was exceptional with my five year old, the only regret I have is that I did not get the doctors name as I would have loved to have spoken to a manager at the hospital to express my thanks for a really positive experience, I never complain or feel the need to leave feedback but on this occasion I feel I needed to share the great experience I had today, I am sick of all the negativity that surrounds the nhs and have always received first class care at Princess Royal, Thank you again.
