I recently visited the Sunderland Day Care Centre (endoscopy unit). My appointment was exactly on time and check-in was well handled. The staff on the unit were friendly and efficient and put me at my ease making an unpleasant procedure bearable.Tea and toast afterwards never tasted so good!
