Having recently been admitted to the Lister for the above treatment I would like to say what a completely positive experience I had. Competent friendly staff on Swift ward kept me up to date with progress at all times. They were reassuring and took time to listen. The team were very professional, informative and considerate at all times. The ward was very clean and all the meals were varied, hot and appealing. Today I have had my stent removed on 7A North which was brilliant compared to previous experiences. The Urology specialist nurse was so reassuring and friendly and the string made it SO easy.
