"Fantastic experience"

I had to go to the minor injuries unit of the RVI with an injury to my left shoulder (the morning of 08/09/14), the service I received was quick and efficient, I was treated with dignity, respect, and kindness. I'd specifically like to refer to the nurse who treated me - unfortunately I can't remember his name - but he was very kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and non-judgemental. I was very apprehensive about going to A and E and in a lot of pain, he made me feel at ease about diagnosis and treatment, and based on my experience I would highly recommend this service where needed!
