"Mental health crisis"

My son recently attended A& E in the grip of a severe health related panic attack. He was treated with kindness and compassion by everyone he saw, from the reception staff, the triage nurse and both doctors. He did not have to wait too long. His concerns were taken seriously, he was thoroughly checked over, reassured and advised where to go for further help. I don't think he could have been better treated.
