A quick line to compliment Sara Maines and her team at Bromley. No need to go into the details of why they got involved, suffice to say their professional approach and their continued involvement has made what has been a very difficult time a whole lot better. Without their help and support, the situation would have been intolerable. In my experience there are a few departments within the Bromley Health Service who would do well to emulate their attitude and commitment.

Hello. Thank you for your kind words about Sara and her team. They have worked extremely hard to get the service up and running. You mentioned that some of our teams are not quite as helpful, and about this I am sure you are right. Some teams are stuggling to cope with the increasing demands from patients. But as you imply, there are a few teams that just need to get better - in terms of what they do and how they treat people. My very simple objective is to improve the quality and efficiency of the care we offer. The more detail you give me about your concerns, the more I can do to address them.
