Hello. Thank you for your kind words about Sara and her team. They have worked extremely hard to get the service up and running. You mentioned that some of our teams are not quite as helpful, and about this I am sure you are right. Some teams are stuggling to cope with the increasing demands from patients. But as you imply, there are a few teams that just need to get better - in terms of what they do and how they treat people.
